Join us as a Business Operations Summer Intern for an immersive 11-week experience where innovation, collaboration, and real-world impact intersect. As part of our dynamic Technology, Data, AI & Ventures department, you'll gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge projects that drive our digital transformation, while exploring potential career paths in Project Management, Busienss Operations and more.
Throughout the summer, you'll deepen your technical skills, expand your professional network, and receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals and senior leaders. Our program combines meaningful project work with learning and development opportunities designed to prepare you for success beyond graduation.
You'll connect with a diverse cohort of interns, collaborate on a team-based capstone project, and contribute to our commitment to social good by participating in our Volunteer for Good initiative. Team: Operations
The AI & Data - Operations team is highly collaborative, focusing on optimizing processes, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and driving effective team communication. The team plays a critical role in maintaining alignment across AI & Data functions, facilitating resource management, and coordinating cross-team initiatives to ensure efficiency and strategic impact.
Interns will join one of two key areas within the Operations team:
Project Management: Assist with creating project plans, tracking deliverables, facilitating meetings, and maintaining project documentation. You'll contribute to rolling out the Agile Delivery model across the team and enhance project tracking efficiency through Jira application administration.
Business Operations: Contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and managing end-to-end projects such as competitor analyses, market assessments, or process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
Project Management: Strong organizational skills, familiarity with project management tools, and an interest in Agile methodologies.
Business Operations: Analytical mindset, enjoy working with cross-functional teams, and a passion for delivering actionable solutions.
Required Skills:
Project Management: Rising senior or Master's student pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira or similar), and strong organizational and communication skills.
Business Operations: Rising senior or Master's student pursuing a degree in Operations Research, Engineering with a business focus, or Business Analytics with a technical emphasis. Experience in process improvement, structured problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Likewise, this program is not available to those authorized to work under optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
