About Graza

Graza makes always fresh, never blended, extra virgin olive oil that comes in fun-to-use squeeze bottles. In the past two years, Graza has expanded nationwide with retail partners and direct-to-consumer distribution. We’re proud to be on the shelves of Whole Foods Market, Target, Walmart, Kroger, Safeway/Albertson, and many others. In the next year, we plan to continue our expansion and are looking for another member for our team.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

This highly analytical role reports to the Director of Logistics and Fulfillment and owns the data behind our 3PL and warehouse network. We're looking for someone technical who is very strong in Excel and genuinely loves data — someone who can automate the analysis of 3PL spend, reconcile our systems, and turn messy invoices and volume reports into clear, defensible numbers. You'll work cross-functionally with operations and finance, digging into the details and operating with little oversight in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Financial & Cost Analysis

  • Automate the audit of 3PL invoices against rate cards and actual activity, proactively flagging errors like incorrect storage rates, duplicate pick-and-pack fees, and inaccurate freight surcharges.
  • Track warehouse and logistics spend, analyzing rate-per-case/pallet metrics by location, and evaluating DTC, Retail and Club freight rates/lane performance to optimize inbound and outbound transportation costs.
  • Analyze inventory age and turnover to identify slow-moving stock driving excess storage costs.

Inventory & Systems Reconciliation

  • Reconcile data between ERP and WMS systems, monitoring EDI/API feeds to ensure inventory levels, ASNs, and POs are syncing accurately and diagnosing any systemic data discrepancies.
  • Reconcile inbound receipts against purchase orders to catch and resolve variances, coordinating directly with 3PL facilities on cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Support internal transfers ensuring inventory is in the correct location.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Monitor core KPIs—including order accuracy, on-time shipping (OTS), on-time delivery (OTD), and inventory shrinkage—to hold 3PL partners accountable to their SLAs.
  • Ensure inbound receiving and outbound order processing stay within agreed windows, minimizing retail chargebacks and fines from major partners (e.g., Target, Walmart, Amazon).
  • Build automated dashboards and vendor scorecards (using Excel or BI tools) to track cost-per-unit, distribution trends, and monthly 3PL performance for logistics leadership.

Requirements

Skills & Requirements

  • 2-4 years in supply chain, logistics, or 3PL analytics, ideally with hands-on invoice auditing experience
  • Deeply technical and highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas) — someone who genuinely loves working in data.
  • SQL and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS platforms; TMS experience a plus.
  • Comfortable working with EDI/API data feeds and diagnosing systemic data discrepancies.
  • Proven ability to dig into complex, large data sets, spot trends, and turn analysis into cost and operational improvements.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong communicator who can build and present scorecards to logistics leadership.

Benefits

Benefits

  • Health, Vision and Dental Insurance.
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil for all of your sizzling, drizzling and frizzling needs.
  • Wellness programs and paid time off.
  • 401(K) program.
