Department/Position Description:
The Last Mile Delivery team manages strategic partnerships with third-party delivery providers, including Uber, DoorDash, and Instacart, supporting the evolving omnichannel ambitions of Ahold Delhaize USA (ADUSA) and its local brands. This business generates more than $1 billion in annual revenue and facilitates over 10 million customer deliveries each year.
The 3rd Party Partnership Intern will support the team through data analysis and operational performance monitoring/reporting. This role will help identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement across ADUSA brands and third-party delivery providers. Responsibilities include analyzing delivery and marketplace data, documenting findings, developing insights and recommendations, and assisting with performance reporting and business reviews. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners, and have opportunities to present analytical findings and business recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical mindset and/or business operations understanding
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
Non-Tech Roles:
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $34.20
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $37.80
