Boeing Commercial Airplanes in Everett, WA is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the 777-8 Freighter Leadership and driving integration across the program as we design, build, flight test, certify and deliver on newest commercial freighter program.

In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the 777-8 Freighter Leadership and driving integration across the program as we design, build, flight test, certify and deliver on newest commercial freighter program.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead 777-8F Program Integration / ALIT and 777-8F IDAS Business Operations Teams.
- Responsible for leading and partnering with the 777-8F Leadership Team on development of strategic plans, processes, and policies related to developing and executing of -8F Program plans.
- Lead the development of 777-8F schedule development instilling BCA Best Practices into processes.
- Accountable for the development, integration, and execution of the -8F Program IDAS plan. Including the development and deployment of a new Airplane Development schedule commitment tool; Pre-Release Database (PRDB, ESATS# 3579646).
- Manage the operating rhythm for schedule integration, analysis, and risk mitigation in support of 777X Program operating rhythm.
- Mentor and coach non-managers in career development, Scheduling Best Practices and Performance Management
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years working with program schedules
- 10+ years of experience in project or program management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with schedule and budget management, integration of all logistics elements, customer communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements are met
- Experience with Management System & Integration activities
