The Role: A2P Procurement Manager - iGaming

As an A2P Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding Scarpel’s global SMS supplier network, with a strong focus on iGaming traffic.

Your primary responsibility will be identifying, onboarding, and developing relationships with SMS A2P vendors capable of supporting iGaming messaging traffic across global markets. You will negotiate commercial agreements, evaluate supplier performance, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure Scarpel maintains competitive pricing, strong delivery performance, and reliable route coverage.

This role sits within our Carrier Operations team and works closely with Routing, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to support client needs and business growth.

    🧠 What You Bring

    • 3 - 5 years of experience with procurement - specifically for the iGaming industry
    • Strong understanding of the global SMS A2P ecosystem
    • Experience sourcing, onboarding, and managing SMS suppliers
    • Experience negotiating commercial agreements in the wholesale messaging market
    • Solid understanding of SMS routing models and supplier dynamics
    • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
    • Russian language skills are advantageous
