About this role

BlackRock is seeking an Identity Integrity Analyst to join its Access & Identity Management organization in the APAC region. This role ensures the firm’s identity and access data is accurate, reliable, and compliant. The successful candidate will support strong access governance by maintaining high‑quality user and system access records across enterprise identity platforms while working closely with application owners, technology teams, and business partners to help meet access management standards and protect the firm.

This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and contributing to secure, well‑governed technology environments.

Responsibilities

In the position of Identity Integrity Analyst, you will:

  • Maintain and validate user access data within enterprise identity systems to ensure access records are complete and accurate.

  • Partner with internal and external application teams to collect, review, and reconcile access information, resolving discrepancies efficiently.

  • Link application, shared, and system accounts to individual user identities to support transparency and traceability.

  • Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes by ensuring access changes are reflected promptly and correctly.

  • Create and maintain clear, up‑to‑date entitlement and permission descriptions for supported applications.

  • Help improve data quality, documentation practices, and operational processes through ongoing review and feedback.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Security, Technology, Risk, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in identity and access management, access administration, or technology risk/compliance functions.

  • Familiarity with Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes or identity governance concepts.

  • Experience working in regulated, risk‑aware, or highly controlled environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.
