Support account managers in sourcing talent, coordinating brand activations, building presentations, tracking budgets/deliverables, compiling reports, researching trends/vendors, and collaborating across teams to execute influencer and partnership campaigns.
Account Associates on the Influencer and Partnerships team are responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of client relationships and talent partnerships. This includes sourcing talent (influencers, athletes, celebrities, etc.), coordinating in-person and digital brand activations, building presentations, tracking budgets and deliverables, and working closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to help execute campaigns from start to finish. This role will directly support Influencer and Partnerships Account Managers across accounts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in talent procurement programs and campaigns. Ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Assist in development of strategies to grow existing accounts. Stay current on each client’s market, competitive environment and business goals to offer tactical talent partnership recommendations
- Compile materials and first drafts of presentations, departmental POVs, agency materials and talent communications with oversight from Director/Associate Director/Manager
- Monitor and aggregate weekly and/or monthly reporting; making recommendations and optimizations based on insights
- Research and stay abreast of new vendors/partners and submit recommendations to department director
- Collaborate internally with members of the Influencer and Partnerships team, as well as cross-department account team members
- Research and report on trends/best practices in Influencer and Talent Marketing, demonstrating an interest and aptitude for growing the agency’s offering
Preferred Qualifications/ Characteristics:
- 1-2+ years of communications, social media and/or digital marketing experience
- Experience in digital marketing or talent relations; influencer experience is a plus
- Proficient in creating proposals detailing complete marketing plans for clients
- Proficient in Google Suite, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube)
- Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs
