What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a seasoned Account Development Manager for our West Coast Region to join our growing Business Development team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in account development, with a deep understanding of the travel and/or insurance industries.   

As a member of Faye’s Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in growing and developing our accounts within the travel industry vertical.  

We work in a fun, collaborative, and open-minded environment and are looking for proactive and accountable professionals focused on continuous learning and growth to push themselves and our team forward.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our industry partners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and promote Faye Travel Insurance products.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Representation: Represent Faye in various professional forums, conferences and events in the travel space. 
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in leading account development activities, specifically B2B2C account development, ideally within the travel or insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the travel sector, including agencies, airlines, cruise lines, hospitality, tour operators and OTAs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability and desire to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to run with new ideas, be proactive and excel independently and as part of a team.
