Why You’ll Do:
Portfolio Management: Oversee and expand a dedicated portfolio, focusing on client retention and driving the adoption of Intapp solutions.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans that translate opportunities into measurable growth.
Client Engagement: Lead quarterly business reviews and conduct regular check-ins to align on outcomes and next steps.
Client Health Monitoring: Assess client health using quantitative and qualitative metrics, acting proactively to mitigate issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client experiences and operational enhancements.
Thought Leadership: Provide insights on capital markets trends and articulate how Intapp addresses these challenges.
Outreach Programs: Plan and execute targeted client outreach initiatives and events.
Process Improvement: Lead team-level initiatives aimed at improving processes and driving results.
What You’ll Need:
Experience: 8+ years in Account Management within SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses, with a proven ability to grow and retain executive-level relationships.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with private equity and financial services markets.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing expansion deals and driving renewal growth at the executive level.
Strategic Mindset: A strategic thinker who identifies opportunities, crafts executable plans, and delivers results.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to ownership and timely follow-through.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel and present to clients as necessary.
