Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is a leading global communications agency built to navigate the complexities of a hyper-connected world. We represent the icons and innovators shaping culture—from global heritage corporations and high-growth tech startups to the non-profits, creative legends, and visionary founders who define the global discourse.

Our expertise spans the full cultural spectrum. We operate at the intersection of entertainment, social impact, corporate reputation, and consumer lifestyle, executing seamlessly across traditional media, social-first outlets, brand partnerships, and influencer ecosystems. Whether we are navigating complex crisis management, elevating advocacy campaigns, or launching global consumer brands, we are storytellers at our core.

You may notice our digital presence is purposefully understated. While our clients are global household names, we believe the best work happens when the spotlight stays firmly on those we represent. We fly under the radar by design - preferring to let our campaigns, and our results, speak for themselves.

If you're driven, intentional, and ready to do good, we're ready for you!

Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis has an immediate opening for a strategic, high-velocity Account Director to join our Talent and Influencer Integration team. We are looking for a celebrity and influencer expert with at least 7–8 years of experience who understands both the 2026 landscape today and where this industry is moving in the future.

You are a seasoned strategist who has developed deep relationships with talent and creator representatives and agencies. You possess a creative and inventive voice and an opinion that matters. You don't just follow the creator economy; you understand its mechanics—from platform-specific community building to the nuances of brand-creator equity.

The Role:

    • Integrated Narrative Architecture: Lead the daily development and execution of 360-degree paid and earned talent and creator strategies for a diverse roster of clients. You see the forest beyond the trees, ensuring every partnership is platform-agnostic and fully integrated with the brand’s digital and media relations goals.

    • Creator Economy Navigation: Serve as the strategic hub for influencer programs. You understand how the creator economy has shifted consumer behavior and you use that knowledge to architect partnerships that move past one-off transactions into long-term brand affinity.

    • Talent & Industry Authority: Leverage an established network of reps across entertainment, lifestyle, and tech. You are responsible for securing top-tier talent and creators for both paid and organic partnerships, creating the kind of out-of-the-norm media moments that break through a crowded feed.

    • Scaled Campaign Execution: Direct multi-dimensional influencer programs from start to finish. You plan and execute high-stakes moments—from influencer activations and physical events to creator-led content series—ensuring every detail is handled with total precision.

    • Founder & Executive Counsel: Serve as a trusted daily advisor to brand founders and senior leaders. You provide steady, thoughtful counsel through sensitive client issues and high-pressure moments, acting as the primary strategic partner on your accounts.

    • Business Development: Lead new business meetings and assist in crafting sophisticated proposals. You are an entrepreneurial force, proactive about bringing new opportunities to the agency, from fresh tactical ideas to key industry introductions.

    • Mentorship & Team Coaching: Proactively mentor and teach junior staff on the inner workings of talent integration and the creator economy. This is incredibly important to us; you are a natural coach who is invested in training the next generation of A+ performers.

    • Integrated Collaboration: Partner with senior colleagues across the agency on accounts involving media relations, brand integration, and digital strategy. You understand how these pieces fit together to create a cohesive brand persona.

    • Relationship Driven: You recognize that our business is built on trust and authenticity. You lead by example in every interaction—prioritizing integrity, transparency, and professional poise with your team, your clients, and the industry.

Who You Are:

    • The Industry Authority: You have 7+ years of experience in talent/influencer integration and a deep understanding of the creator economy. You have a proven track record of securing partnerships that have a tangible impact on a brand’s bottom line.

    • The Strategic Architect: You are an outside-the-box thinker who can set a big-picture strategy and lead the outreach charge simultaneously. You know how to translate a cultural trend into a winning creator-led narrative.

    • An Exceptional Storyteller: You are a master writer—persuasive, concise, creative, and quick. You can take a complex mission and find the "why" that will compel a talent manager or a top-tier creator to take notice.

    • Entrepreneurial & Agile: You have an innate curiosity and a desire to make things better. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to work across sectors, navigating the intersection of traditional celebrity and digital-first influence.

    • Master of Account Health: You are incredibly organized and accountable. You excel at managing the financial and administrative health of multiple high-profile accounts, ensuring profitability and total precision in every deliverable.

    • Driven to Over-Deliver: You take genuine pride in the quality of your work. You possess strong decision-making abilities and the accountability to own your role and your results from day one.
