As a Director, Client Engagement, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for one - two of our most critical client relationships. You’ll own day-to-day client leadership while guiding account strategy, ensuring exceptional delivery, strong partnerships, and measurable business impact. Your ability to foster trust, align teams, and execute effectively will position you as a valued strategic partner to our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and nurture day-to-day client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals
  • Collaborate with strategy, design, technology, and production teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and drive business goals
  • Partner on overall account health, including quarterly and annual account planning
  • Translate client business goals into agency strategy
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Partner with your production lead to oversee scopes, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably
  • Support account growth by identifying opportunities to expand client relationships into new service areas
  • Anticipate and resolve client challenges with clarity, urgency, and sound judgment
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines set by the client
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' business needs and industry trends to offer proactive advice and solutions

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Proven experience in account management with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and foster collaborative discussions
  • Ability to proactively identify client needs and translate them into actionable, strategic solutions
  • Extensive experience in agency account management, digital product, brand strategy, or a related field
  • Comfortable with analytics, technology, content management platforms, and AI initiatives
  • Demonstrated skill in leading teams and influencing others to achieve project success
  • Financial acumen, including experience managing growth pipelines, budgets, scopes, and account growth
  • Experience supporting contract negotiations

The target range of base compensation for this role is $150,000 - $170,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
