They identify and inspire new work streams and solutions that lead to client growth by collaborating with and harnessing the expertise of the overall team at Good Apple. They are valued advisors and partners to clients as well as agency leaders at similar levels. They identify and champion great work and understand the importance of flawless delivery. They are also exceptional leaders of teams and inspire others to act courageously.
Key Responsibilities (in addition to responsibilities from Account Supervisor/Senior Account Manager):
- Partner with Good Apple's channel experts to deliver integrated solutions, identify new business opportunities, scope of work, and revenue
- Immerse themselves in the essential dynamics, strategies, and drivers of their client’s business
- Foresee opportunities and formulating plans to manage and exploit them to drive/extend the business
- Puts clients first, interfacing regularly with all client levels and constantly hunting for solutions and big ideas that are innovative and relevant
- Demonstrates strong collaboration skills with internal teams, using Agency resources to effectively and seamlessly support client’s business
- Builds strong, collaborative and trusted relationships with creative and strategic partners
- Positively and effectively navigates teams when there are conflicting priorities
- Coaches and inspires the growth and development of junior Agency staff by providing consistent feedback, training, and growth opportunities
- Serves as an open and willing resource to team members in assessing ideas and directions, and providing guidance to push further
- Monitors and disseminates POVs on current marketing and industry issues
- Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for overall agency performance and flawless delivery
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience, including 3–5 years of supervisory experience..
- Digitally fluent, with an understanding of the complex, fragmented media landscape and how to drive results for clients.
- A commitment to ensuring excellence of the team’s deliverables and output.
- Strong communication skills, particularly with oral presentations.
- Diplomatic and empathetic leadership; authentically passionate about great work, the team, and the business.
- A good listener who reads people and environments well and adapts their style and response accordingly.
- Insatiably curious and a lifelong learner.
- Supervises Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Account Supervisor as applicable.
- Reports to Senior Account Director or Group Account Director.
