Job Description

The NMN Account Executive 1 plays a key role in supporting Nordstrom Media Network’s (NMN) advertising revenue growth by managing a portfolio of brand partners. This role is responsible for executing media sales strategies, building relationships with brand partners, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-performing campaigns. The Partner Manager works closely with internal teams including Buying, Account Management, GTM, Ad Ops, Audience, & Analytics to ensure brand partner goals are met through thoughtful media planning and execution.

Role Objectives:

  • Drive revenue through execution of media sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners
  • Deliver high-quality, insight-driven campaign solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign success
     

A day in the life...

  • Manage a portfolio of brand partners, supporting their media investment across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack
  • Develop and present media plans aligned with brand partner goals and NMN capabilities
  • Collaborate with Account Management to ensure seamless campaign execution and post-campaign reporting
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and pipeline tracking using tools such as Salesforce
  • Educate brand partners on NMN’s value proposition and media offerings
  • Partner with internal teams to align media strategies with merchandising and marketing priorities

You own this if you have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail media sales, ad tech sales, and/or marketing, preferably in a brand partner-facing role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and retail media concepts
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

California: $76,500-$158,500 annually, Colorado: $76,500-126,500 annually, Connecticut: $76,500-$145,500 annually, Hawaii: $76,500-$126,500 annually, Illinois: $76,500-$126,500 annually, Maryland: $76,500-$145,500 annually, Massachusetts: $76,500-$145,500 annually, Minnesota: $76,500-$126,500 annually, Nevada: $76,500-$126,500 annually, New Jersey: $76,500-$145,500 annually, New York: $76,500-$158,500 annually, Rhode Island: $76,500-$126,500 annually, Washington: $76,500-$145,500 annually, Washington D.C.: $87,500-$145,500 annually
