Account Executive, Agency Development Lead

Flowcode builds the infrastructure that turns real world touchpoints into measurable, actionable first party IDs, enabling F500 brands to personalize consumer experiences at scale. Our products enable instant, seamless engagement between the physical and digital worlds.

This position is part of our Go-To-Market team, dedicated to serving enterprise clients within core audience segments. As part of this team, you will grow Flowcode's footprint across sports properties and the agencies that shape where brand and sponsorship budgets go, contributing to initiatives that maintain our position as a trusted technology provider for over 70% of Fortune 500 companies.

Role

As the Account Executive, Agency Development Lead, you will build Flowcode's agency channel across the holding companies, sports marketing agencies, and independent shops that influence where brand and sponsorship activations live. Your mandate is to develop agency partnerships and convert them into campaign revenue and recurring platform usage. Success is measured not only in new partnerships, but in the activations, sponsor programs, data acquisition, and recurring spend those relationships unlock.

Responsibilities
  • Own a combined annual revenue number across direct agency-sourced and agency-influenced revenue
  • Own senior relationships across the major holding companies, sports marketing agencies, and independent shops, with a repeatable motion for the mid-market long tail rather than one-off relationships
  • Build, scale, and secure agency partnerships that make Flowcode a default partner in agency planning cycles and scale across campaigns
  • Connect the two motions - bring agency-held brands into property activations, and bring property inventory to agency clients - so one relationship turns into many campaigns
  • Design and run an enablement program of training, certification, creative and measurement playbooks, and co-selling support, so agency and property teams can pitch and execute Flowcode without Flowcode in the room
  • Co-develop and co-pitch new business alongside agency partners, positioning Flowcode as a differentiator in their client RFPs and pitches
  • Partner with Marketing on demand generation, thought leadership, and presence at the industry moments where sports and agency buyers gather, including Cannes Lions, Advertising Week, the NewFronts, and the major sports business conferences
  • Work with Product and Customer Success to translate property and agency feedback into roadmap priorities such as multi-client account structures, permissions, reporting, and billing
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting across direct property revenue, direct agency revenue, and agency-influenced brand revenue
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in agency development, channel sales, or marketing partnerships, with direct experience selling to to advertising, media, or sports marketing agencies
  • Established relationships across across holding company, sports marketing, and independent agency leadership spanning investment, strategy, creative, innovation, and procurement
  • Demonstrated success building a partner or channel motion from early stage to scale, including commercial structures, enablement, and partner tiering
  • Fluency in how agencies actually operate: how budgets are planned and committed, how vendors get onto rosters, how procurement and MSAs work, and where agency and client incentives diverge
  • Proven track record of achieving quota and building pipeline within a complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycle
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility with agency executives and their clients alike
  • Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented approach to partner and client challenges
  • Comfort owning a number that is partly influenced rather than fully attributed, and the rigor to instrument and measure it
  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment with changing priorities
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team, sharing insights and supporting peers to achieve collective goals
  • Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with sales engagement tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
