What You'll Do:
- Create lead generation programs to the ICP
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closeBuild a robust pipeline to meet/ exceed the company monthly goals and objectives
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations aligned to the needs of the specific prospect requirements
- Provide insights into market trends, competitive products and potential customer feedback to improve the product capabilities and refine future sales strategies
- Help develop the Sales playbook to create repeatable and scalable methodologies
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 2-4 years B2B full cycle SaaS sales experience
- Outbound prospecting skills
- Strong multi -threading relationship management expertise within complex sales cycles
- Ability to understand deep technical aspects of solutions and convey value to non-technical users
- Prior experience in the Legal or AI SaaS space highly desired
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Team player who will work collaboratively across the company to achieve desired outcomes
- Self-starter who excels at mutli-tasking simultaneous initiatives within a fast paced environment
- Previously worked in a Seed or Series A/B company
- Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
