Constrafor is rebuilding the financial infrastructure behind one of the largest industries on the planet and we're doing it fast! Construction moves trillions of dollars a year, yet it still runs on outdated processes, cash flow guesswork, and paperwork chaos. We're the SaaS and fintech platform fixing that, giving General Contractors and Subcontractors the tools to manage procurement and financial transactions the way modern companies actually operate. Backed by $30M+ in VC funding and scaling fast, we're not just building software, we're building the operating system for construction finance. If you want your work to have real, tangible impact on an industry that touches literally everything around you, this is that opportunity.

Constrafor is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive, Channel Sales to drive the growth of our Early Pay Program by building and scaling partnerships that bring subcontractors to Constrafor. Subcontractors often wait 60 to 90 days or more to get paid for work they’ve already completed. Our Early Pay Program fixes that by giving them fast access to cash on approved invoices, without the cost and hassle of traditional lending. In this role, you’ll sell through partners rather than one subcontractor at a time. You will identify, recruit, and grow relationships with the organizations and platforms subcontractors already trust and use every day. These include construction technology providers such as project management, accounting and ERP, estimating, payments, and compliance software, as well as accounting and CPA firms, surety and insurance brokers, trade associations, and industry vendors. You’ll turn these relationships into a reliable source of Early Pay enrollments. From signing new partners to enabling them, running co-selling and co-marketing motions, and closing the deals they refer, you’ll be a critical contributor to our sales team’s success and the continued growth of the Early Pay Program.

📝 What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and sign new channel partners that serve subcontractors, including construction technology providers, accounting and CPA firms, surety and insurance brokers, trade associations, and construction industry vendors.
  • Build and manage a partner pipeline from first outreach to signed agreement, and a deal pipeline from partner referral to subcontractor enrollment in our Early Pay Program.
  • Enable partners to succeed by training their teams on the Early Pay Program, equipping them with co-branded materials, and making referrals easy, including through in-product placements, joint campaigns, and customer communications with con tech partners.
  • Run selling motions with partners, joining partner led conversations, collaborating with con tech partners’ sales and customer success teams, and delivering demos to subcontractors.
  • Educate subcontractors on how the Early Pay Program works, how it improves cash flow, and how it compares to factoring, lines of credit, and other traditional financing.
  • Qualify subcontractors’ fit for the program and guide them on the documentation and setup required to enroll.
  • Expedite onboarding so referred subcontractors get paid early quickly, ensuring turnaround time requirements are met.
  • Represent Constrafor at industry events, con tech conferences, trade association meetings, and partner events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to share partner and customer feedback, support technology partnership opportunities, and improve the program.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for partner sign ups and EPP enrollments.
  • Maintain flawless records of partners, referrals, and pipeline across Sales Tools.

📈 What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in channel, partner, or referral sales.
  • Proven track record of recruiting partners from scratch and turning them into a consistent source of revenue.
  • Experience selling to or through technology partners, such as SaaS platforms, software vendors, or marketplaces, or through professional services firms, such as accounting firms, CPAs, insurance or surety brokers, or similar.
  • Experience selling a financial product, such as working capital, invoice financing, factoring, lending, or payments, is a strong plus.
  • Optimistic with a strong urge to win.
  • Proven ability and desire to prospect and hunt for new partners, prospects, and business opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills, with the ability to connect at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to explain financial concepts simply to busy business owners.
  • Attention to detail and ability to operate in the weeds without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to take initiative and thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous context with limited direction or oversight.
  • Exposure to the construction, subcontracting, or construction technology industry is a strong plus.

💼 What We Offer:

  • Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 base + commission ($200-210k OTE).
  • Equity ownership within Constrafor.
  • Hybrid office schedule out of our beautiful Hudson Yards office.
  • Medical, dental & vision insurance coverage offered for you and your dependents.
  • Generous PTO Plan.
  • Lunch provided during in office days.
  • A collaborative and innovative work culture that values your input.
  • Opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing tech company.
