What Do We Do?

Triple Whale is the source of truth for eCommerce brands. Our platform centralizes the entire analytics stack—from profit tracking and customer insights to marketing attribution and creative intelligence. We empower brands with the visibility they need to make smarter decisions, scale faster, and optimize every dollar spent.

Why Triple Whale Needs You:

Triple Whale is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record of closing new business in a SaaS or tech sales environment, particularly in ecommerce analytics, attribution, or marketing technology. This role is focused on selling into enterprise brands that leverage custom built websites and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, requiring deep knowledge of their unique needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.

As an Enterprise AE at Triple Whale, you’ll drive net new revenue, own complex sales cycles, manage multiple stakeholders, and position Triple Whale as the go-to AI, analytics, and attribution platform for Enterprise merchants. The ideal candidate is a high-performing, strategic seller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to impact a rapidly growing organization significantly.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the entire enterprise sales cycle, from relationship building, prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and close, targeting Enterprise brands.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise ecommerce brands, identifying key decision-makers and stakeholders across marketing, ecommerce, and finance teams.
  • Educate and consult with enterprise prospects on how Triple Whale can optimize their marketing attribution, customer acquisition, and LTV within the Enterprise ecommerce ecosystem.
  • Navigate complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, working closely with C-suite executives, VP-level decision-makers, and internal champions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the enterprise landscape, including the challenges, competitive dynamics, and integrations that matter most to enterprise merchants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Partnerships) to ensure a tailored, high-impact sales approach for Enterprise customers.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging a consultative sales approach to build long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Keep meticulous CRM records in HubSpot, tracking all pipeline activities, deal progress, and forecasting with accuracy.
  • Actively contribute to scaling and optimizing the enterprise sales playbook as we continue to grow.
  • Developing and owning a book closely with paired SDR, developing a multi channel prospecting approach within each account.
What You'll Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in an Enterprise closing role, selling SaaS or technology solutions to Enterprise brands and retailers.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Ecommerce & Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystem, with experience selling into brands in the space.
  • Proven ability to sell complex, high-value solutions in an enterprise environment, managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional ability to conduct executive-level conversations, uncover business pain points, and present solutions that drive ROI.
  • Deep understanding of the ecommerce tech stack and landscape and how large merchants think about analytics, attribution, profitability, and AI tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for helping enterprise merchants scale efficiently.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working in a quota-driven sales role.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and track deal progress.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
  • Join a team of driven, high-performing individuals reshaping the eCommerce landscape
  • Be part of one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the industry
  • Make a meaningful impact on our growth and success
  • Competitive base salary and uncapped commission
  • Enjoy the flexibility of remote work
