About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Account Executive to build and own a territory selling to plaintiff law firms. You'll create your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, build relationships with firm owners, attorneys, and operations leaders, and partner with our Customer Success team to turn new logos into lasting, growing accounts. This is a full-cycle sales role with real territory ownership and uncapped upside.

What You'll Do
  • You'll own your territory, building outbound pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals, and field activity.
  • You'll win new plaintiff law firms by developing relationships with firm owners, attorneys, and operations leaders.
  • You'll run consultative discovery to uncover workflow, reliability, and visibility problems before positioning Proof.
  • You'll advance opportunities end to end, from first conversation through close, keeping stakeholders and next steps clear.
  • You'll partner with Customer Success to hand off new logos and set them up for sustained revenue.
What You'll Bring
  • You have 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in professional services, legal services, or legal technology.
  • You've built your own outbound pipeline before rather than relying on inbound leads.
  • You communicate confidently with attorneys, firm owners, and operations leaders, and build credibility quickly.
  • You're comfortable traveling 25-30% of the time for prospect and customer visits.
  • You bring resilience and coachability, with the discipline to keep your pipeline and forecast on track.

Bonus points: legal or legal technology experience, and service of process experience, are a plus.

Compensation
  • Full-time, salaried position
  • Compensation: $140,000-$160,000 OTE
