- Manage a pipeline and consistently hit or exceed targets.
- Navigate the average sales cycle of 2 weeks to 1 month, selling to SMB companies and engaging decision-makers such as surgeons, office managers, or business managers.
- Execute full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Sell front-of-house software or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new technology.
- Effectively sell into traditional or “old school” industries, often introducing solutions that don’t have a pre-allocated budget.
- Deliver compelling presentations, spark emotional connections, and evangelize the product-leveraging charisma, storytelling, and infectious energy.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate directly with leadership to refine our GTM strategy.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of closing experience in a full-cycle sales role, with strong career progression.
- Experience working on deals in the $5K–$20K range.
- Demonstrated success selling me-too products into markets where solutions are not already budgeted.
- Track record of selling to SMBs, with an average sales cycle of 2 weeks to 1 month.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage and influence various decision-makers (e.g., surgeons, office/business managers).
- NYC-based (Hybrid).
Bonus Qualities:
- Early employee or one of the first sales hires at a startup.
- Experience with upsell motions or working at a marketplace acquiring supply.
- Full-stack sales skills, including self-prospecting.
- Background in beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare industries.
