If you have experience selling into health insurance companies, managed care organizations, or payer administrative teams and are excited about shaping the future of AI in healthcare, we want to hear from you!

About the role:

  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of payer operations, claims adjudication, prior authorization, and AI-driven automation trends in the health insurance industry.

About you:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a proven track record of selling into health plans, managed care organizations, or payer operations teams.

  • Strong understanding of payer operations, including claims processing, utilization management, prior authorization, and member services workflows.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with long deal timelines and procurement processes.

  • Ability to translate technical AI/automation capabilities into clear business value for payer decision-makers across both operational and clinical audiences.

  • A data-driven approach to sales, with proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track pipeline and performance.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate large, matrixed payer organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling AI-driven, automation, or SaaS solutions to health insurers or managed care organizations.

  • Familiarity with payer core systems, claims platforms, utilization management tools, and healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, EDI 837/835).

  • An established network within health plans, Blues plans, regional insurers, or government-sponsored managed care organizations.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, where adaptability and ownership are key.

What's in it for you?

  • The opportunity to own and grow a high-impact enterprise sales territory within a rapidly expanding AI company.

  • A fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture where your work directly contributes to company success.

  • Competitive salary, uncapped commission structure, and benefits, including health, dental, vision, and equity options.

Our solutions help health plans and managed care organizations improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and streamline claims and prior authorization operations. Join us and help shape the future of AI in healthcare!

This role offers a base salary range of $150,000–$200,000, plus commission aligned to performance and revenue goals. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications — we're always open to exceptional talent.
