What You'll Do
• Run the full sales cycle: demo, follow-up, negotiation, close.
• Work all lead sources: BDR/SDR-generated demos, direct booked opportunities, CS round-robin leads, and self-sourced outbound.
• Make an intro call before every demo — no exceptions.
• Apply the T.A.O.M. framework (Time, Agenda, Outcome, Mutually Agreed) on every call.
• Schedule alignment calls during the sales process; set go-live expectations of 2–4 weeks.
• Pitch the full Cents product suite with bundled pricing as the primary close lever.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; target 100+ outbound calls per week.
• Keep Salesforce fully notated before every handoff; follow billing date and BRF submission rules. • Route all inbound LW/MOOPS opportunities through the distributor team workflow.
• Help refine the Sales Bible — document winning tactics to help the next generation of AEs succeed.

• Pipeline Discipline: You build it, work it, close it. No hyper-fixating on a handful of accounts.
• Salesforce Hygiene: Non-negotiable — accurate stages, clean notes, no guesswork on handoff.
• Consultative Seller: You lead with operator pain points, not feature lists.
• Relentless & Coachable: High-drive, optimistic, and hungry for feedback because you know it sharpens your edge.
