About the role

We’re hiring our third account executive to help fuel Frec’s next stage of growth and looking for a driven and customer focused closer to join us. You’ll own a pipeline of inbound leads and help convert new users into high value accounts. You’ll run the full sales cycle from outreach to close. You take full ownership of results and aren’t afraid to try new things to supplement your own pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced closing environment but also brings curiosity and passion for fintech, wealth management, and the strategies that help our clients build wealth.

What you will do

  • Manage a full pipeline from first touch to closed account

  • Host 4-8 product demos per day and run effective follow-ups

  • Conduct portfolio analyses to help prospects see the financial impact of direct indexing

  • Track performance metrics, refine processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of the growth team

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Brokerage Operations, and the rest of the Frec team to support full funnel continuity, upsell, retention, and a healthy product feedback loop

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a full cycle closing role with a track record of exceeding targets

  • At least 1+ year selling a high consideration product directly to consumers

  • High EQ and the ability to build trust and establish credibility quickly

  • Self stater comfortable operating with autonomy while always looking for ways to improve efficiency and customer experience

  • Series 65, 66 or similar designation strongly preferred

  • Experience at an early stage direct to consumer start up

  • Genuine interest in fintech, investing, and tax-efficient wealth strategies
