About Daisy
Daisy is a creator-powered distribution platform that helps brands get more out of their social content. We work with brands, labels, and studios to amplify content through coordinated networks of real creators at scale. It is a new offering that is working – we are growing 3x year over year.

We are looking for an Account Executive to support the east coast market. This is a hunter role. You will build your own pipeline, open relationships with CPG, retail, fashion, beauty, financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, or telco companies, and close deals that matter. You will be the first dedicated AE for this market, which means there is real opportunity to own something and grow with it. It also means there is no playbook waiting for you.

If you are energized by that kind of challenge and have the relationships and track record to back it up, keep reading.

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing Sales team. In this high-impact role, you will help establish and expand client partnerships, accelerate revenue growth, and bring innovative creator-led advertising campaigns to life. You’ll work closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to develop strategic media plans, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities to maximize results through creator-led solutions. While this position is remote, we expect that you live in/near Manhattan, New York to be close to your target buyer and open to a hybrid model as we expand the team. This position reports to the Head of Partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Own a revenue target – You are accountable for new business acquisition, account expansion, and renewal across the east coast entertainment vertical.
  • Build your pipeline from the ground up – There is no inbound lead flow to fall back on. You will generate your own opportunities through your network, cold outreach, agency relationships, and industry events.
  • Open and grow your verticals – Your primary targets are CPG, retail, fashion, beauty, financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, or telco companies. You will develop relationships across all levels, from day-to-day media buyers through to senior marketing decision makers, and build account plans that drive long-term expansion.
  • Evangelize a new category Creator-powered programmatic distribution is not yet a line item in most media plans. You will educate prospects on what it is, why it works, and why Daisy is the right partner.
  • Run tight, disciplined sales cycles – Manage complex multi-stakeholder deals with accurate forecasting, clean CRM hygiene, and clear communication to leadership.
  • Shape how we go to market – As the first AE in this vertical, your feedback directly informs how we package the product, position against competitors, and prioritize future investments.

Who you are
You understand how marketers think about content performance, and you can speak that language fluently with a VP of Marketing as easily as a media buyer.

You don't need a fully developed playbook or an SDR feeding you leads to be effective. You know how to generate your own momentum, and you get energized by being in an environment where you can shape how things are done.

If you are curious and ambitious, you will fit right in!

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in digital media, social media, creator economy, influencer marketing, or a closely related field
  • Strong understanding of creator economy dynamics, pricing models, and how creator marketing operates
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Existing relationships with CPG, retail, fashion, beauty, financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, or telco, etc.
  • Ability to travel and work extended hours when business needs require it
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously
  • Strong presentation skills and CRM proficiency, ideally HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent practical experience

Compensation
We expect you to earn between $200k and $350k a year. Base salary, uncapped commission, and meaningful equity in a fast growing company. Deal sizes range from $30K–$300K+, so every win counts.

Our Interview Process

  1. Recruiter screening call
  2. Introductory call with the hiring manager (Head of Partnerships)
  3. In-depth interview + live case study to see how you think
  4. Final conversation with leadership

Why Daisy
We work with some of the biggest names in entertainment and we are growing 2x year over year. We are well funded and are building the team that will carry us to our Series A. This is a real opportunity to own a vertical at a company that is early enough for you to shape it and big enough for it to matter.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401k with company match
  • Stock options
  • Unlimited PTO and flexible remote work
  • The chance to help build the future of creator-powered marketing
