Who are we?

Applied AI for liquidity.

Corporate finance teams still manage cash by hand — stitching together spreadsheets, bank portals and ERP data across Treasury, AR and AP. Most treasury tools stop at visibility: a dashboard someone still has to read, interpret and act on.

Nilus goes further. We're building an agentic workforce for treasury — AI agents that reconcile cash, forecast liquidity and automate finance ops across every bank and ERP, in one connected system for Treasury, AR and AP.

We're a Series A company backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Felicis, Perpetual Growth and Better Tomorrow Ventures, led by a team of ex-fintech pros transforming the finance function.

The role

Treasury is one of the last corners of finance still run on spreadsheets, and AI is about to change that. We're looking for an Account Executive to bring Nilus to the companies ready to make that leap.

You'll own the full sales cycle for new customers across the US. You'll sell to CFOs, treasurers and controllers at mid-market and enterprise companies, and show them what an agentic treasury function looks like. As an early member of our US team, you'll work directly with the founders, have real influence on how Nilus goes to market, and have room to grow as we scale.

What you'll do

  • Win new customers end to end, from first conversation to signed contract
  • Become a trusted advisor to finance leaders, helping them rethink how they manage cash, risk and liquidity with AI
  • Build relationships across the US treasury and finance community — customers, banks, partners and industry networks
  • Work closely with Product and Solutions to shape winning deals, and bring what you hear in the market back into the roadmap
  • Help define how Nilus sells in the US as the team grows

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years running the full sales cycle in B2B SaaS, with a strong record of beating targets
  • Experience selling to the office of the CFO — treasury, cash management, payments or finance automation
  • A track record of closing large, complex deals with senior buyers
  • A builder's mindset — you create your own opportunities and enjoy shaping something early
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to make AI tangible and valuable for finance leaders
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and skills; you already use AI in your own work and are curious about what's next
  • Based in the US — New York area strongly preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience selling treasury, cash management or finance software
  • An existing network among corporate treasurers and finance leaders
  • Early-stage startup experience
