Job Description:

As a Sales Engineer at Qloo, you will serve as the vital link between our technical team and the sales go-to-market organization. Your primary focus will be on understanding the technical intricacies of Qloo's API and SaaS tool, and be able to adeptly communicate complex technical details to potential customers. Combining your technical expertise with a sales-oriented mindset, this role demands not only a deep understanding of our technology but also the ability to showcase its value to current and prospective clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Master the technical aspects of our APIs and SaaS tool to provide effective sales tactics with prospective clients
  • Collaborate closely with both technical and sales teams to ensure seamless communication of product capabilities
  • Articulate complex technical details in a clear and compelling manner
  • Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to potential clients
  • Work closely with the technical team to stay updated on product enhancements and new features.
  • Provide initial technical troubleshooting and support
  • Act as a technical advisor during the sales process, addressing client queries and concerns, both on calls and via email.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Sales Engineering or or Business Development within a tech company
  • Strong understanding of APIs and SaaS tools, with the ability to articulate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a sales engineering or solutions architect role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS is a bonus.
