We’re looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join our high-impact sales team, focusing on driving new business by identifying, engaging, and closing new customers. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, working closely with internal teams to drive new business growth. We are seeking a sales professional who brings passion, curiosity, and a can-do attitude to help us expand our reach and establish our platform as an industry leader.

You might be an ideal candidate if you have a strong track record of success in full-cycle sales, generating and qualifying leads, understanding their pain points, demonstrating how our product solves their key challenges, and closing deals. It would be beneficial if you have experience selling analytics or related products to technical personas.

What Success Will Look Like:

  • Be a part of a cutting-edge, technology-leading, fun, collaborative, and innovative team.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and building relationships with potential customers to closing new logos.
  • Become a trusted advisor to stakeholders by deeply understanding their pain points and business needs.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships across multiple departments at target companies, particularly within product and engineering teams.
  • Manage a complex sales process from initial conversation through negotiation and closure, while effectively handling ongoing sales activities such as pipeline forecasting, organizational mapping, contracts, proposals, and legal matters to maximize results for the company and the client.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our technology landscape and industry trends.

Who You Are & What You've Done:

  • 5-7 years of sales experience (Account Executive or Business/Sales Development) in a B2B SaaS technology environment, ideally with a strong emphasis on selling analytics, big data, or observability solutions.
  • Proven ability to drive new customer acquisition and expand market presence through effective prospecting and sales execution.
  • Experience selling to technical personas, particularly product and engineering leaders, with a deep understanding of their priorities and challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-organizationally, aligning multiple stakeholders and internal teams to drive deals forward.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of creating long-term value for customers.
  • Expert negotiation skills, successfully managing complex deals and maximizing value and ROI for clients.
  • Knowledge and experience utilizing MEDDIC or MEDDPICC frameworks.
  • Passion, curiosity, and high expectations for your performance and the value you bring to your clients.
  • Start-up experience and mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this full-time position is $160,000 - $250,000, which includes base salary and variable compensation, plus equity and benefits. Compensation is determined by various factors such as qualifications, experience, relevant education or training.
