About Broccoli

Broccoli is building the AI operating system for home service businesses.

We work with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors — the people who keep homes running — and we replace fragmented tools and manual workflows with AI agents that actually do the work.

Our AI assistants answer phones, book jobs, follow up with customers, and drive revenue — fully integrated into systems like ServiceTitan.

We started by going door-to-door, meeting 100+ contractors, and understanding how these businesses actually run. That shaped everything we’ve built. Today:

  • Hundreds of contractors use Broccoli to run their front office

  • We’ve grown from $0 → millions in ARR in under a year

  • We’re trusted by both single-location operators and the largest PE-backed roll-ups

  • Raised $25M+ from Khosla Ventures and YC

Account Executive, Mid-Market @ Broccoli

Broccoli is building the AI intelligence layer that runs front-office operations for home service businesses — turning calls into scheduled appointments and real revenue. We’re looking for an Account Executive for Mid-Market to own a high-velocity sales motion with strong inbound demand — and the autonomy to create pipeline when needed. This role is about speed, judgment, and execution. If you like momentum, tight feedback loops, and seeing your work turn into revenue quickly, this role is for you.

About the role

This is a high-volume sales role focused on independent operators and growing multi-location businesses. Typical deal sizes are $20K - 40K ACV, with short sales cycles and clear ROI.

Inbound will drive the majority of pipeline — but the best reps here don’t wait. You’ll prospect strategically when it makes sense to hit your number and grow accounts faster.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full Mid-Market sales cycle — from first conversation to close.

  • Run high-quality, fast demos that clearly connect Broccoli to customer outcomes.

  • Close a high volume of deals with short, efficient sales cycles.

  • Prospect when needed — outbound to high-intent accounts, expansions, and lookalike customers.

  • Understand customer workflows quickly and tailor the pitch without over-customizing.

  • Partner closely with onboarding and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs.

  • Maintain a tight pipeline and consistently hit quota.

  • Share feedback from the field to improve messaging, pricing, and product.

What You’ll Bring
  • 2–5+ years of experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales role.

  • Proven success closing $20K–$40K ACV deals.

  • Comfort balancing inbound volume with thoughtful outbound.

  • Strong discovery, demo, and closing skills.

  • Bias toward action and ownership.

  • Clear, confident communication with operators and business owners.
