The Account Executive will manage the complete sales process for SMB and mid-market operators, focusing on lead engagement, relationship building, and driving sales across the commercial real estate sectors.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for SMB & mid-market operators, from prospecting to close.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound, inbound, partnerships, and industry networking.
- Run high-impact discovery calls and demos that clearly show how Uniti’s agentic AI increases conversions and eliminates operational bottlenecks.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deals and drive consensus across operations, IT, marketing, and executive teams.
- Hit and exceed targets while partnering closely with CSM, Implementation, and Product.
Requirements
- Based in NYC with the ability to be in office 4-5 days/week.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling into SMB/mid-market segments or operationally-complex verticals in the Manufactured Housing, Self Storage, or Senior Living space.
- Proven track record of beating quota with experience managing $15–75K ACV opportunities with multi-location operators.
- Strong discovery, qualification, solution mapping, and closing skills across both technical and business buyers.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities and comfort influencing operators who may be new to AI.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing a high-velocity, consultative sales motion.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage startup, where priorities shift quickly and you’re expected to contribute beyond a traditional AE role.
