About the RoleWe’re hiring an Account Executive to own and scale revenue at Halliday. This is a hands-on, high ownership role for someone with deep fintech experience who has sold payments or financial infrastructure products. You will be selling our Unified Deposit Solution, providing our customers with a global onramp network, a centralized exchange connector, and cross-chain routing in a single platform. This is a high impact position reporting directly to the CRO. A huge opportunity for rapid career advancement, as you will be part of the Founding AE team.
What you’ll be doingOwn the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
Build, manage, and forecast pipeline
Lead high-quality discovery and tailored demos with senior, technical and business stakeholders
Represent the voice of the customer and influence product direction with Halliday’s product team.
5+ years of experience in fintech, with a strong track record as a closing AE
Competitive team player, high energy, strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Experience selling payments, financial infrastructure, or adjacent fintech products
Proven ability to sell technical products to both technical and business buyers
Strong judgment, executive presence, and deal ownership
Enterprise Sales Mentality employing a framework such as MEDDPICC, Solution Selling, Consultative Selling
CRM proficient: Comfortable managing pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
Experience with crypto, blockchain, or Web3 products or customers
Experience selling APIs, developer tools, or platform products
Prior experience as a founding or early AE

CompensationThe on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are $280k–$300k, split evenly between base ($140k–$150k) and variable ($140k–$150k at plan). This does not include equity or benefits.
