We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to support and expand one of our most important retail businesses. What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a key day-to-day contact on a key account, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables
- Partner closely with internal teams across design, merchandising, product development, production, and operations to ensure seamless execution
- Support product development from concept through delivery, helping to drive on-time and on-target outcomes
- Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations that support business growth
- Monitor weekly sales and performance reporting, translating data into actionable insights
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform trends, opportunities, and strategy
- Manage product approvals across fit, construction, trims, and color execution
- Coordinate with overseas partners on costing, production timelines, and delivery schedules
- Help troubleshoot and resolve challenges across orders, production, and logistics
- Maintain organized and accurate records including order books, sample tracking, and production status
- Support preparation for key meetings, market appointments, and showroom presentations
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, merchandising, or a related role (apparel preferred)
- Experience supporting major retail accounts; familiarity with Walmart is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with Miro and Airtable is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into next steps
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
