We're a cash flow management platform with embedded financing that gives B2B technology vendors the power to offer flexible payment terms to customers while securing upfront payment. We're looking for an Account Executive with Fintech or B2B SaaS experience and a proven track record of sales excellence to join us at a defining moment in our growth. Beyond owning your quota, you'll have a direct hand in shaping our product, our GTM motion, and the culture of the team. 

This role is ideal for a motivated hunter who thrives in an early stage, fast-paced environment, someone who can adapt quickly, build their own playbook, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. You'll have the support of a seasoned leadership team, but the autonomy to drive results independently.

Based in our NYC HQ, this role reports directly to the SVP of Revenue and works closely with our executive team.

What You Will Do...

  • Develop and execute targeted account strategies within our ICP, identifying high value prospects and creating entry points to break into and expand strategic accounts.

  • Generate and qualify pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting, building a consistent to of funnel motion across multi channel outreach to generate predictable, sustained growth.

  • Run consultative, insight-led sales cycles, applying your command of the fintech and B2B SaaS landscape to translate Gynger's platform into measurable financial and operational outcomes for CFOs, finance and revenue operations teams and technology buyers.

  • Own your quota and contribute meaningfully to company wide growth targets.

  • Close the loop with marketing and product, sharing field insights that sharpen our positioning, messaging, and roadmap.

  • Lead by example, setting the pace for the broader GTM team as we scale.

What You Bring...

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive, or 1+ year as an SDR/BDR ready to move into a closing role.

  • A proven track record of independently sourcing, managing, and closing deals  and exceeding quota at a high growth company.

  • Experience selling to finance professionals, revenue operations or prior experience at a fintech company.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the resourcefulness to build processes where none exists.

  • A hunter's mindset: curious, competitive, coachable, and energized by the challenge of building something from the ground up.
