Workhint is looking for an Account Executive to help turn interested prospects into customers.
In this role, you will lead product demos, understand customer needs, present how Workhint can support their workforce operations, and prepare clear proposals based on their use case. You will work closely with founders, operators, HR teams, staffing companies, and service businesses that need better systems to manage flexible work.
This is a customer-facing role for someone who can explain complex workflows in a simple way, ask strong discovery questions, and help prospects see how Workhint can fit into their operations.
ResponsibilitiesLead discovery calls with potential customers
Present Workhint demos based on each customer’s use case
Understand customer workflows, team structure, onboarding needs, payment flows, and operational pain points
Prepare and send proposals after demos
Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
Work with the product team to communicate customer needs and feedback
Help improve demo scripts, sales materials, and proposal templates
Support customers through the handoff from sales to onboarding
Experience in B2B SaaS sales, account executive roles, or customer-facing product roles
Strong presentation and communication skills
Able to understand operational workflows and explain software clearly
Comfortable speaking with founders, executives, operators, and HR leaders
Organized, responsive, and able to manage follow-ups
Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
Bonus: experience with HR tech, staffing, workforce management, marketplaces, or service operations
You help prospects clearly understand how Workhint can solve their operational challenges, move qualified opportunities through the sales process, and turn demos into signed customers.
