Account Executive

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing Sales team at Eisen. You will be responsible for scaling our client base -- building on our early success in financial services. This role involves sourcing leads, demoing the product, negotiating pricing in partnership with the executive team, and closing deals.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working on a variety of projects and whose role can transform as we grow. The ideal candidate has experience in quota management, delivering iteratively, and contributing both as a player and a coach.

Role Responsibilities

  • Scale our client base -- building on our early success in financial services

  • Drive the sales process through sourcing, qualification, demo, and contracting

  • Shape Eisen’s GTM machine in collaboration with marketing, product, and operations

  • Augment the discovery process to sharpen lead qualification up-funnel, grow conversion rates down-funnel, and make sales more repeatable overall

  • Partner with the executive team to iterate on pricing models and close deals

  • Work closely with operations to ensure client success through onboarding and beyond

  • Engage with product to market-test pre-launch features and iterate based on feedback

  • Develop and execute a client cross-sell strategy across the offboarding solutions

  • Identify new cross-sell and/or upsell opportunities that influence the product roadmap

  • Represent Eisen at conferences, happy hours and in-person meetings

About You
  • 5+ years of experience in sales

  • Proven track record of sourcing leads, winning deals, hitting quota and renewing clients

  • Experience working with complex products and understanding customer needs

  • Ability to work collaboratively with executives, operations and product teams

  • Self-directed, able to thrive in a fast-paced and iterative startup environment

  • Long-term mindset, focusing on scalable and sustainable growth strategies
