  • Anticipate client needs and opportunities, proactively presenting innovative solutions beyond the immediate scope of work (SOW).
  • Lead team and client meetings with defined objectives, ensuring actionable outcomes and clearly communicating the agency's point of view (POV).
  • Provide strong leadership for both client and agency cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Manage client relationships, expectations, and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Partner with senior account and strategy leadership to develop brand plans and present to clients.
  • Participate in all relevant client meetings (e.g., PRC, POA/sales/training, extended team, advisory boards), representing the agency's perspective and expertise.
  • Foster strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills within the team and across all departments.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Contribute to strategic development and ensure all promotional activities align with agreed-upon strategic direction, brand objectives, and client policies.
  • Develop tactical plans and project briefs with an eye on market dynamics, brand strategy, innovation, and client guidance.
  • Review creative work to ensure it is on strategy and meets client expectations, offering recommendations.
  • Flag any changes in project scope to clients with a clear POV about necessity and recommendations for budget reallocation.
  • Ensure project momentum by working closely with internal teams to produce the best possible work, adhering to agency quality standards and attention to detail.
  • Stay abreast of competitive trends, industry initiatives, and conduct client research to provide forward-thinking POVs to clients.
  • Uncover opportunities for value-added ideas to problem-solve, influence client decision-making, and grow the business.

Financial Management:

  • Establish and manage annual budgets and staffing plans to support client and agency needs.
  • Review monthly and quarterly financial tracking reports with Finance leads and present reports to client brand management.
  • Monitor monthly and quarterly financials to ensure the achievement of financial targets and milestones.
  • Manage project budgets, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, and annual SOW.

What You'll Need
