About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Account Lead with deep experience in Digital Media and Marketing Solutions for Fortune 500 brands and large Advertising Agencies. In this role, you will own and manage relationships with Agency Account Teams, Partnerships Teams and CoEs, acting as both a trusted advisor, supporting platform adoption and acting as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams.

You will be responsible for building and executing strategic account plans that drive customer success, retention, and revenue growth, while uncovering new opportunities with existing accounts to deepen partnerships. Success in this role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to help agencies navigate the evolving, AI-driven marketing landscape—leveraging our platform to unlock innovation and deliver measurable business impact.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the success and growth of key agency accounts. Thoroughly understand key growth drivers, identify opportunities for product usage and expansion, manage risks, and build strategic plans to achieve customer business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within account teams.
  • Provide strategic consulting to business leaders, partnership teams and CoEs, helping them navigate AI marketing and fully leverage Bluefish products to achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop case studies and best practices that showcase thought leadership and deliver actionable insights to customers.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends within the marketing technology landscape, adjusting account strategies proactively to align with market dynamics.
  • Ensure clear communication between internal and customer teams. Advocate internally for customer needs, ensuring that client feedback is incorporated into service and product enhancements.
  • Proactively monitor account health through regular assessments of customer satisfaction, product usage, and service delivery.
  • Oversee renewal processes and actively seek opportunities for account expansion. 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise account management or similar role in a Digital Advertising, SaaS or technology company, with a mix of startup and enterprise environments preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and growing relationships with Fortune 500 customers and Agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively across all levels of an organization, including C-level.
  • Ability to craft client-focused solutions based on strategic needs.
  • Ability to interpret customer data to provide analysis and recommendations to customer and agency teams.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple project timelines and details simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail under pressure.
  • Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Startup-ready mentality—excited by the challenge of building from scratch and thriving in ambiguity.
  • High energy, self-starter attitude with a bias toward action.
