The Role

We’re hiring an Account Manager to own and scale our benefit partnerships post-close.

This role serves as the primary day-to-day point of contact for our partners—responsible for ensuring flawless execution of benefits, managing ongoing communications, and delivering a seamless experience for both partners and members. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Member Services, Product, and Operations to launch, maintain, and optimize partnerships at scale.

This is a high-impact execution role that directly supports partner success and enables senior team members to focus on strategic growth and new partnership development.

Compensation

$80,000 – $100,000 base salary, plus performance bonus.

Total compensation varies based on experience and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day relationships with benefit partners post-launch
  • Manage partner communications, inbound requests, and issue resolution with speed and clarity
  • Ensure all benefits are accurately executed, consistently maintained, and member-ready
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to support launches, updates, and ongoing optimization
  • Track partner performance and surface opportunities to improve engagement, utilization, and expansion
  • Maintain strong operational discipline across all partner deliverables and timelines

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, client success, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong communicator with confidence managing external stakeholders
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with competing priorities
  • Strong bias toward execution, ownership, and proactive problem-solving
