About this Role

As a member of the Client Success team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our Pharmaceutical and Agency clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and delivering successful campaigns.

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the day-to-day client relationship with Pharmaceutical manufacturer customers, while providing excellent customer service and managing all aspects of the client relationship

  • Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics to reinforce program ROI and to provide insights to help clients achieve business goals

  • Partner with Sales to support new business development and organic growth of accounts, upselling and optimizing where applicable

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts such as Business Intelligence, Advertising Operations, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions to customers

  • Manage implementation process by ensuring stakeholders deliver what is needed on time and within client expectations

  • Work with clients and agency partners to manage the Regulatory review submission process

  • Create visual examples of programs using our enterprise CMS tool

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and regulatory requirements in the Pharma space

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical client and account management

  • Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp attention to detail

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory review (MLR / PRC)

  • Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition

  • Willingness to think critically and solve problems in new or creative ways

  • A deep curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies

  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and project management platforms like JIRA or Asana

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$108,000.00 - $173,000.00

New York Office:

$99,000.00 - $158,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$90,000.00 - $144,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$81,000.00 - $130,000.00
