Spektra Systems is looking for an Account Manager (Customer Success & Growth) to own and grow a portfolio of CloudLabs customers. This is a revenue role: you carry a renewal and expansion target, and you are accountable for the long-term growth of your accounts. CloudLabs is a consumption- and subscription-based hands-on lab platform used by training providers, ISVs, system integrators, enterprises, and educational institutions worldwide - success in this role is measured by how much more value your customers draw from the platform over time.
Primary responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of CloudLabs accounts and carry a net revenue retention and expansion target.
- Drive renewals, reduce churn, and identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities - including into SaaSify, CSP Control Center, and Spektra Academy where relevant.
- Run monthly business reviews (MBRs) and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with your accounts - aligning CloudLabs usage to customer training and enablement goals, reviewing adoption, surfacing expansion opportunities, and securing renewals ahead of time.
- Build documented account plans for your top accounts and maintain accurate expansion forecasts in HubSpot.
- Act as the customer's trusted advisor on lab strategy, scaling, and cost optimisation.
- Work closely with delivery and support to ensure customers achieve their outcomes, and bring usage signals and product feedback into internal teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years in account management, post-sale sales, or customer success with a clear revenue and quota component.
- A demonstrable track record of growing a book of business - bring your NRR and expansion numbers.
- Comfort with consumption or usage-based commercial models.
- Strong commercial instincts: you spot expansion signals in usage data and act on them.
- Excellent relationship management across technical and business stakeholders.
- CRM discipline; HubSpot experience is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, hands-on lab platforms, LMS systems, or technical training and enablement.
Note: Please apply if you're attracted to a dynamic, high-growth environment where you're actively involved in shaping customer outcomes and driving business growth. Responsibilities and expected skills are subject to level and years of experience.
