About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary contact for our small business clients—owning relationships, driving outcomes, and solving challenges with precision. This is not a sales-focused role; instead, you'll lead client meetings, oversee benefit renewals, and leverage technology to enhance service, all while fostering long-term success and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

What We’re Looking For
- A+ players who think strategically while flexing their tactical muscles
- 5+ years of experience with employee benefits, via insurance brokerage, insurtech, PEO or third party administration
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort using AI tools to streamline work
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on time
- Active life and health insurance license
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a huge plus
This is a remote position but preferred candidates will be based in San Francisco or the surrounding area and bring recent experience supporting California-based small (under 100 EE's) employer groups.
