Some of your key responsibilities may include:
- Manages and administers the most complex and largest accounts. Ensures accurate establishment, administration and operation of the accounts.
- Acts as a consultant to clients by providing guidance, and in-depth industry and product knowledge.
- Responsible for reading and interpreting complex trust and other legal documents in order to identify administrative requirements and responsibilities.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and risk management policies.
- Acts as a lead to junior level account managers and participates as an expert on various business initiatives.
- Travel may be required.
What will you bring to the role?
4+ years of experience in one or more of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations, or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience
Previous corporate trust experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Access and Excel
Ability to work independently
Experience reading and interpreting legal documents
High attention to detail
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Preferred Skills
Over 10 years of experience in CCT Account management
Extensive client engagement and relationship‑building expertise
7+ years of experience performing Corporate Debt Account Management and or Document Negotiations
Proven background managing international and cross‑border client accounts
Skilled in onboarding, account maintenance, and account terminations

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $120,000 - $126,000 in New York City | $110,000 - $114,000 in Minneapolis | $115,000 - $121,000 in Columbia | $100,000 - $109,000 in Jacksonville. These base pay ranges are specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. This role also has a targeted bonus opportunity of 10%.
