Sensor Tower is looking for an Account Manager to join our Investor team. The primary objective of the role is to maintain and grow our partnerships with key accounts by providing analytical and consultative support. Sensor Tower Account Directors enhance the overall value of our datasets by serving as a trusted resource to our Enterprise subscribers.

Base salary: $100,000 - $130,000
OTE: $165,000 - $210,000

What the Account Manager will do:

  • Manage Sensor Tower’s relationship with clients in the financial services industry.
  • Lead renewal and upsell discussions with accounts, ensuring healthy GRR and NRR performance. Periodically create reports, presentations, and webinars relating to the Investor vertical and incorporating different methods of data analysis.
  • Review and analyze public financial statements to share valuable insights to clients to drive engagement. 
  • Execute on other miscellaneous duties, as needed, while collaborating with Sensor Tower’s Team Director of Investor Sales to strategically grow the vertical (explore partnerships, attend industry events, speaking engagements, etc).

Experience we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience working at or supporting financial services institutions in a consultative or analytical role, predominantly at an alternative data company. 
  • Desire to interface directly with key accounts via phone, screen-share, and in person.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and follow-throughExceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven — thrives in fast-paced environments and keeps operations running smoothlyProficiency in financial analysis, some experience working with data, and strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communicator who brings both polish and personality to internal and external interactionsPassion for new technology and some working knowledge of key Internet and TMT companies (FB, SNAP, NFLX, TWTR, SPOT, ZNGA, ATVI, etc).
