About JOLT

JOLT is a global digital out-of-home (DOOH) and electric vehicle charging company, operating across Australia, the UK, Canada, and New Zealand, and now expanding into the United States.

We combine EV charging infrastructure with premium digital media, connecting brands with people in high-attention, real-world locations such as retail, dining, and urban streets, while supporting everyday charging needs for drivers.

In 2026, JOLT entered the US through the acquisition of a substantial portion of the Volta Media Network from Shell, adding thousands of charging and media sites across major US markets. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing global business at a pivotal moment and help build its next chapter in the US.

About the Role

The Account Manager (AM) is a core member of JOLT's U.S. Advertising team, working side by side with Sellers and acting as the bridge between Sales, clients, agencies, programmatic partners and operations as our U.S. business grows.

This is a proactive, revenue-driving, client-facing role, not post-sale support. You will manage campaigns from pre-sale through post-campaign, spot new opportunities in the data, upsell, and deliver flawless execution and exceptional service across direct and programmatic channels. You will be in front of clients and agencies regularly, joining pitches, proposal sessions and campaign reviews alongside the sales team.

We want someone hungry to grow revenue and their own career, who leans in on AI tools to work smarter. You will use AI to build proposals and media plans faster, analyze performance and surface upsell opportunities, and automate routine reporting, so more of your time goes to clients and closing incremental revenue.

Pre-Sale Planning & Sales Support

  • Build and submit proposals, RFP responses and media plans, using AI tools to speed up research and drafting.

  • Develop data-backed recommendations for clients and sellers.

  • Manage inventory checks, availability and pricing. Create and refine PMP deals in programmatic platforms.

  • Join client and agency meetings with Sellers to shape solutions aligned with client objectives.

Campaign Trafficking, Delivery & Optimization

  • Traffic campaigns through the ad server (direct and programmatic).

  • Monitor pacing, delivery and performance daily and weekly. Implement optimizations based on performance and client KPIs.

  • Flag delivery risks early and present alternatives. Coordinate with Programmatic Ops and Media Ops as needed.

Upselling based on Data and Insights

  • Analyze performance data and identify upsell opportunities, using AI-assisted analysis to find patterns faster.

  • Work with Sellers to uncover new business within existing accounts.

  • Support closing incremental revenue opportunities.

  • Use platform and market data to highlight trends and actionable insights.

  • Prepare post-campaign reports with meaningful narrative and analysis.

AI-Enabled Ways of Working

  • Apply AI tools across the account lifecycle, including account and agency research, proposal and media plan drafts, performance summaries, client-ready reporting and follow-ups. Validate AI outputs before they reach clients.

  • Build and share repeatable prompts and workflows with the team.

Client-Facing Partnership with Sales

  • Act as a visible, trusted point of contact for clients and agencies.

  • Partner with Sellers on account plans, pitches and renewals.

  • Lead client wrap-up conversations and bring growth ideas into every review.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with Marketing to keep pitch materials and case studies up to date.

  • Partner with Ops and Product on measurement, pacing and platform issues.

  • Give Sales leadership feedback on recurring themes and opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate Salesforce activity and pipeline notes.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Media or DOOH Account Management, Sales support or a similar client-facing Media role

  • Hungry, self-motivated and commercially minded, with a drive to grow revenue and take on more responsibility

  • Confident, client-facing communicator who is comfortable joining pitches and meetings with Sellers, clients and agencies

  • Strong, practical use of AI tools to work faster and smarter, including research, proposal and media plan drafting, data analysis and reporting, with good judgment on validating outputs

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Ability to work across direct and programmatic advertising

  • Familiarity with ad servers, DSPs and PMP deal setup

  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Excel, Looker/Tableau or similar
