Change the way the world travels

Since 2009, GetYourGuide has been connecting travelers with the experiences they'll talk about for the rest of their lives. From skip-the-line access to iconic landmarks to once-in-a-lifetime adventures with local experts, we've helped millions of people in over 12,000 cities discover what makes a destination truly worth visiting. Our global marketplace is home to more than 200,000 activities across 50,000 experience creators, and we're just getting started.

We're building out our North America team and looking for someone who's ready to make their mark.

Team mission

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team in New York City. You'll own a book of business made up of mid-market supplier partners across the US and Canada, with full accountability for their performance, satisfaction, and commercial growth on our platform.

You'll build trust & influence with your accounts, act as their strategic partner, and find every opportunity to help them thrive. That means pitching new expansion ideas, solving problems, digging into data, and showing up for your partners in a way that makes GetYourGuide their most valuable business relationship.

This is a role for someone who's commercially sharp, genuinely curious, and excited about being part of a company that's redefining how people explore the world.

Your mission
  • Manage and grow a book of business consisting of mid-market supplier accounts (tours, activities, and experience providers), understand your assigned market(s), and hit your performance targets

  • Empower your accounts for success through education, resources, and enablement and become their go-to partner at GetYourGuide for growth and strategy to drive long-term retention

  • Pitch, cross-sell, and upsell to win high-velocity commercial opportunities including new activity listings, increased availability, and commission negotiations

  • Partner with internal teams to identify roadblocks, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and escalate tactfully to provide a world-class supplier experience

  • Focus on operational excellence and monitor partner health by solving supplier challenges such as reducing cancellation rates, promoting on-trip quality, and increasing review scoring to foster a great customer/traveler experience

  • Review account performance regularly, share clear insights with management, and proactively flag opportunities for expansion

Your toolkit
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally in tech or a marketplace environment

  • A track record of hitting (and beating) commercial targets

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with partners quickly

  • A data-driven mindset; you're comfortable working with performance metrics and turning numbers into action

  • Passion for shaping the future of sales and partner success in the age of AI. You thrive in fast-paced environments, using available resources to build and scale efficiently

  • Great problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-oriented attitude

  • Enthusiasm for travel and genuine enthusiasm for what GetYourGuide stands for

  • Bilingual skills are a nice to have (Spanish or French a plus given the North America market)

How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary
  • A front-row seat at the world's leading travel experiences marketplace, at a moment of serious growth in North America

  • Annual personal development budget and access to mentorship programs

  • Work from anywhere in the world for 40 days per year

  • Flexible working arrangements that support your life outside of work

  • Quarterly team events and a yearly company-wide summit

  • Monthly transportation and fitness budget

  • Discounts on GetYourGuide experiences for you, your friends, and your family

  • Health and wellness benefits

And more…

Starting salary
  • $97,000 base ($121,000 OTE)
