Crozier Fine Arts is seeking a solutions-driven Accounts Manager (Auction Houses) to join our New York Metropolitan Region Customer Success Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, growing, and strengthening client relationships by acting as the main point of contact, delivering client-oriented solutions across Crozier’s portfolio, and driving team performance through effective coaching.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Manage Client Relationships: Serve as the  main point of contact for clients, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and growth of the account.

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop Account Plans and Quarterly Business Reviews, and execute on all aspects of account and project management.

  • Consultative Problem Solving: Utilize a consultative approach to determine technical requirements, design solutions, define dependencies, assess risks and build proposals.

  • Project Execution and Oversight: Manage a range of service projects, from supporting day-to-day transactional needs to working on complex, large-scale, and International projects, ensuring work stays within scope and budget.  

  • Collaborate and Direct: Work closely with multiple operations and business functions, as well as external partners through the sales and project lifecycle. Provide clear and concise directives to operating departments and agents, ensuring estimates, work orders, and invoices are clear and timely. 

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Sales, Account and/or Project Management

  • Prior experience with selling and account management, sales process, client lifecycle management, Global Trade, Project Management workflows or Inventory Management required

  • Proven ability in strong verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, time management, and a solutions-driven approach.

  • Experience of in-field art handling, inventory management (collections/registrar), industry crating practices or other collections care activity is required.

  • Must be able to travel/report to Crozier & Client locations within market, as needed
