Job Overview

Macrobond is seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our Americas team. In this key role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships within a portfolio of strategic accounts. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Job Responsibilities

  • Account Growth: Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio. Leverage Macrobond’s data solutions to meet client goals and expand usage
  • New Business Development: Proactively identify, engage, and secure new enterprise clients by targeting strategic accounts in key sectors. Build a robust pipeline of opportunities and deliver against ambitious sales targets.
  • Consultative Selling: Partner with prospective clients to understand their challenges and requirements, delivering tailored solutions using Macrobond’s data-driven platform, API integrations, and analytics tools.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a focused sales plan for new business acquisition, leveraging market intelligence to identify opportunities that align with Macrobond’s solutions and value proposition.
  • Client Engagement: Lead discovery meetings, craft compelling proposals, and deliver impactful demonstrations of Macrobond’s capabilities. Navigate complex buying processes with multiple stakeholders to successfully close deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align efforts and refine the go-to-market strategy. Share insights from the field to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Market Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, client pain points, and competitor offerings to position Macrobond as the go-to solution for economic and financial data.

Required Qualifications and experience:

  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in account management or sales roles, or 5+ years in customer success with a strong focus on strategic account growth. Previous experience managing a revenue-related quota is essential.
  • Background: SaaS experience is required, with a demonstrated understanding of the complexities involved in managing enterprise accounts and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Track Record: Proven success in growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling, ideally in a consultative sales environment.
  • Tools Expertise: Experience using Salesforce and other CRM platforms to manage accounts and track performance.
