Hi there, thanks for checking out our Account Manager role! This role is based in our New York, NY office and is in person 5 days per week.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, relationship-centric problem solver. You'll be working directly with MealPal restaurants to ensure they have an amazing partnership experience. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for responding to restaurant emails and phone inquiries and handling various operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

▪️ Communicate with our restaurant partners in a timely manner with high quality messages. This role will handle a high volume of email support on a daily basis, as well as some phone support
▪️ Identify new ways to enhance the restaurant experience, as well as to streamline operational tasks
▪️ Leverage data to proactively reach out to restaurants and to provide feedback and recommendations to optimize
▪️ Meet with restaurants in person to build strong partnerships
▪️ Negotiate restaurant offerings to ensure beneficial partnerships
▪️ Manage the day-to-day requests of our restaurant partners

Requirements:

▪️ Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience
▪️ Ability to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail
▪️ Experience working with Excel and Google Sheets
▪️ Exceptional written skills and high EQ
▪️ Work full-time in our office in New York
