Barstool Sports is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Client Solutions team in New York. This individual will support our post-sale advertising business including media strategy, client onboarding, client success, client renewal and client growth at varying tiers of revenue. The ideal candidate is someone who is familiar with the Barstool Sports brand, has exceptional communication skills, and is able to work cross-functionally on all post-sale business with multiple departments. This role will be extremely impactful in connecting our current and future advertisers with Barstool fans at a high level.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for all post-sale business including working directly with internal and external partners to flawlessly execute campaigns for Advertisers/Agencies and manage revenue for Barstool Sports
  • Lead all client onboarding including both internal and external client kick off calls, reviewing and booking all media in our OMS system, creating campaign timelines, trafficking media deliverables, and owning all client communication to ensure every campaign is set up for success 
  • Deliver campaign reporting while working in tandem with our Ad Operations department to demonstrate progress and pacing, highlight success, offer optimizations and potential reallocations throughout the campaign for all partners 
  • Organize wrap decks and lead post-campaign client meetings upon completion providing insights and overall performance data, while also generating upsell opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Brand Partnerships, Talent, Production, Data, and Finance teams to ensure timely and successful media execution
  • Develop fruitful, long-term, and trusted advisor relationships with clients at all levels of spending

What You Have

  • 2+ years of media or marketing experience with a background in media planning, client service or account management
  • Desire to learn and develop a career in client solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Extremely organized, “no job is too small” attitude, and the ability to multi-task a must
  • Self-starter, detail and process-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Excel expert, familiarity with other Microsoft Office products and Google Suite a must; experience with first party and third party tags preferred
  • Passion for sports and entertainment, with a strong understanding of Barstool Sports, our talent & franchises

Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000k
