We are hiring an Account Manager to own post-sale revenue across an assigned book of business. This role is responsible for expansion, upsells, and cross-sells, acting as the commercial owner of existing accounts after the initial close.

About the Role:
  • Own a named book of business with a clear expansion and renewal quota

  • Drive upsells and expansions through contract growth, additional products, seat increases, and pricing upgrades

  • Lead all commercial conversations post-sale including renewals, re-pricing, and expansion negotiations

  • Build and execute strategic account plans focused on revenue growth and long-term contract value

  • Identify expansion opportunities based on account maturity, org changes, and business growth

  • Run executive-level commercial reviews tied to ROI, value realization, and roadmap alignment

  • Forecast expansion and renewal pipeline accurately in CRM

  • Partner with Customer Success for signal and timing, not delivery

  • Coordinate with Sales on expansion motion and territory strategy

  • Surface pricing, packaging, and competitive insights to leadership

  • Maintain tight deal hygiene and documentation across renewals and expansions

About You:
  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Expansion Sales at a SaaS company

  • Proven ownership of renewals and expansion quota

  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and comfort with pricing conversations

  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts post-sale

  • Ability to run C-level and VP-level revenue conversations

  • Strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy

  • Experience working in high-growth or early-stage environments

Nice to Have
  • Healthcare SaaS or regulated industry experience

  • Experience with multi-year contracts and complex renewals

  • Familiarity with usage-based or seat-based pricing models

  • Background in early-stage startups with evolving sales motions

Compensation:

This is a revenue-carrying role with an on-target earnings range of $200,000–$250,000, comprised of a base salary between $130,000–$155,000 and variable compensation of $70,000–$95,000.
