Role Overview: We are seeking a high potential, growth driven Business Strategy Manager to own and scale the day-to-day relationships with our Scaler clients, real estate investors and advisors who rely on us to transform sustainability data into decision ready insight.

In this role, you’ll bring your expertise to the intersection of client strategy, sustainability data, real estate investment workflows, and cross-functional execution.

You will partner closely with Product and Commercial teams to design and continuously improve the client journey from onboarding through renewal while shaping how Scaler delivers value at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end client relationship across onboarding, active use, and renewal

  • Understand client goals, challenges, and data needs, and translate them into scalable platform solutions

  • Manage and validate large sustainability data sets to ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory readiness

  • Lead client workstreams, balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders

  • Identify risks, data gaps, and process bottlenecks and resolve them proactively

  • Contribute to Scaler’s client service model

  • Improve onboarding, documentation, tutorials, and feedback processes

  • Turn recurring client needs into scalable playbooks and workflows

  • Apply creative thinking to integrate AI and automation into data, client, and reporting workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in B2B client-facing, operations, consulting, real estate, financial services, sustainability, or data-driven environments

  • Experience working in or with real estate, financial services, sustainability, consulting, or fund or asset management is a strong plus

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets

  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, data science or related field, or equivalent experience
