The Account Specialist will manage Amazon scheduling, create customized buy sheets, coordinate with brand partners, and analyze sales data. Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy and effective communication across teams.

We are currently looking for a wholesale account specialist to support key e-comm accounts. This is a dynamic position and will provide the candidate with the opportunity to work with amazing contemporary brands. The candidate should be a quick learner, self-starter, dependable, and proactive with the ability to excel under pressure.
Primary Duties
- Manage Amazon market appointment scheduling and balance collection deadlines to ensure all orders are accurately entered and processed on time. Provide key data insights to support Account Executive.
- Develop and maintain customized buy sheets using internal sales metrics, reporting tools, and appointment feedback.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to complete Amazon-specific templates, ensuring all entries meet time-sensitive deadlines, brand portal guidelines, and accuracy standards.
- Create product copy, descriptions, and back-end details in alignment with SEO best practices and Amazon template requirements to support sales growth.
- Work efficiently within large file banks and cross-reference data across Amazon-specific Excel templates to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with brand partners to support e-commerce updates related to seasonality, promotions, new product introductions, and merchandising strategy.
- Utilize intermediate Excel skills to access multiple data sources, build weekly sales reports, and identify reorder opportunities through trend analysis.
- Review incoming EDI transmissions to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executive, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills to manage priorities across multiple brands.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills and sales-driven focus
- A minimum of 2 years in a women's wholesale sales role
- Excellent people skills
- Demonstrated experience working with key e-comm accounts
- Ability to work well in in high-pressure, fast-paced industry
- Sound knowledge of current industry and market trends
- Keen analytical skills; Excel proficiency is required
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must live in metro NYC or Los Angeles, no remote candidates will be considered
- Salary range $70-80k, commensurate with experience
